Dust occuring when using heavy equipment. No water truck observed operating at time of inspection but there is a water trailer onsite.
Notified project manager (Michael) to tell operators to drive slower than 5 mph. Use water trailer during high activity days, have water available to crust down haul routes.
New construction entrance was installed as requested during site prep.

WIP on foundation, initial grading complete. ESI construciton onsite(project super Tony). Walked site with project engineer.
SWPPP sign posted, binder stored in office trailer. ESI to conduct SWPPP inspections. Site is graded to retain stromwater and is surrounded by curbing and a vegetated strip. MS4 inlets on 24th, 25th, and Fairview
Discussed fugitive dust control and stockpile management, and noted that if inactive temporary stabilization is required.
Spill kit, dumpster, and ecopan concrete washout are on site and in use. Employee parking will be to the west of the site across 25th. Climbing gym to be demolished in late spring/summer.
Correction request:
- install new construction entrance on 24th.
