Spoke with RP Tim:

- concrete washout ecopan is located on 15th and Grand, 1 block NE of site.
- Next week the center area will be blocked off for parking and work on onsite seepage bed will begin.

Corrections discussed:
- trash pick up around site
- protect new DIs installed on 15th
- clean curbs and gutters once all areas are complete
- provide washout tub for paint and other rinsed materials

Violations/non-compliance:

- loosh trash scattered around site and not in a container
- no concrete washout or tubs of liquid waste and rinse activities on site.
- lots of mud around perimeter curbing. New storm drain grates do not have sediment protect, sumps will need to be mucked out (appears DIs are not yet connected to system)
- workers parking in mud bog between two buildings.
- some trackout to alley.

Correction requests:

- pick up all loose trash and put in trash bin or haul away
- provide tubs for rinsing activities; prohibit tossing buckets of rinse on ground
- provide concrete washout
- clean up mud and debris in gutters, sidewalk, and temporary pedestrian walk
