Concrete pump trucks are leaking oils and other materials onto 5th street and do not have drip pans or spill kits.

Notified RP Adam with ESI and called Parnell w/ Brundage Bone. He stated his mechanic will be focusing on the two trucks that are going to the site and will make sure they have drip pans/spill absorbent.

Onsite meeting to discuss site access, construction entrance(s) and inlet protection.

Access into site will be off 5th street, plan is to have entrance out to the alley and return to 5th street to avoid 6th street traffic. Site is to begin work on the west end of the block first and move east. Will use ecopan washouts.

Dewatering not currently anticipated.

Another site preparation inspection will be completed once initial BMPs are installed.
