Requested that some muddy holes/spots in the parking area have pit run placed on top, which was completed during inspection.

Concrete washout pans onsite, trash contained. Site interior is extremely muddy, but the trackout offsite has been managed. Site has restrictions on access to muddy area and has desigated vehicles that do not exit the muddy areas.

Site BMPs are installed, stormwater team (Scott, Tyler, John w/ ESI) onsite for inspections, SWPPP plan available. ESI to do SWPPP inspections and mantain binder.

- Site access and ESC permit sign posting is on Cloverdale. No access along Fairview at this time. Screened fence installed, Fairview along the south is above grade of the site.
- Construction entrance on Cloverdale is the preserved asphalt from previous development. Area will also be used for employee parking and staging. This surface must be kept clean to prevent any turbid runoff to Cloverdale MS4. Sheet flow from this area flows north to low lying grassy-vegetated area. A watlle has been installed as a sediment control to treat runoff to this area.

- Clearing limits have been estabished. Entire perimeter except along Fairview has sediment control wattle installed properly.

- Leakproof concrete washout facility with sign must be provided prior to placement of any concrete.

- Rough grading and site grubbing is in progress, water truck in use to control dust and refill hydrant is onsite. No dust isssues observed.

- Large stockpiles inactive for 7 days must have stabilization measure implemented to prevent wind blown dust and sediment runoff. Current stockpile in NW corner is active. To prevent wind blown dust, top should be leveled and water truck should spray to form crust on top.

Approved for construction.
