Inspected both homes and met with both RPs. No flow off of front of sites. Some rilling on rear hill, verry small. All followed fall line and went to wattles. Will clean up hill when dry enough to walk on without causing damage. Grass is starting to grow on hillside.

Approved to make field change to ESC plan.

No wattle intervals on slope because it is already tracked and is to be hydroseeded with mulch and native dryland seed. Upland water drains other direction at the top of the slope as requested. The slope is very steep and has had no erosion occur with no stabilization or other controls on it, so with tracking and hydroseed it should be adequate erosion control.

Requested that wattle be installed on downhill side of small drainage basin at bottom of hill and one row just above the final discharge point to the vegetation below.

Main objective till the backfill is placed is to provide leakproof concrete washout and prevent trackout. The frontage perimeter is vegetated and no runoff issues occuring.

Backfill is to occur within the next two weeks. New grading plan and landscaping plan is being submitted to PW hillside. After backfill and new grade for the back slope, a top of slope diversion berm, slope interupting wattles and implementation of stabilization.

Met with GC Walt for site walk-through inspection.

ESC permit sign posted, construction access installed. Vegetation along the Highland View perimeter has been preserved. Low spot has the subdivsion infiltration swale already installed and some boulders are being stored there.

Washout will be provided prior to any foundation work. After excavation, additional road mix employee parking area will be installed.

Rear slope will be regraded and tracked after removing trees and old fence. The parcel has a vegetated lower area that will be undisturbed and act as vegetative buffer. Follow up inspection scheduled after excavation/earh work is to be completed.
