The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a new show with office. There is a mezzanine used for mechanical equipment. The 6” underground piping supplies a 4” backflow preventer. The above system is designed as a 2½”x2½”x1¼” grid. The office area is designed as a side feed system with 4” main and 2 ½” branch lines.

Permit to construct a new 5,711 sq. ft. one story, pre-engineered metal office/warehouse building and related site improvements. Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, electrical work and site work. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: Special Inspections Required see form 310. **JG**

This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
