Hydrotest of new standpipe added in Tower 4 - 200 psi @ 2 hours - PASSED

Inspection of A/S for Towers 1 # 2 sections of the building - all floors. TCO is requested for this section of the building, so this was a pre-final inspection for the units in this area of the building. A few escutcheon were missing, but were installed before the end of the inspection. Fire sprinklers for this portion of the building are finaled.

Completion of the 24 hour air test of the the three dry pipe systems protecting the parking garage and fitness area. PASSED
Conducted a trip test of the two dry systems protecting the parking garage. The system to the north flowed at 90 seconds, while the system to the south flowed at 50 seconds.
Also hydrotested the wet system for the third floor and the wet system for the lobby area - 200 psi @ 2 hours - these both passed.
NOTE: Could not trip test the dry system for the fitness center as this area was not accessible.

Hydrotests of floors 2 and 4 - 200 psi @ 2hrs, - PASSED.
NOTE: Floor 3 had a leak and floor 5 is not ready for test.

RTC inspection for under pool deck area - off of fitness room system.
OK to cover.

RTC inspection for ist floor lobby rooms, including restrooms. Also fitness room sprinklers located above T-bar ceiling tilles. OK to cover the heads in these areas.
NOTE: Inspection actually ocurred on 6/23.

Rough to cover unit soffits for 3rd floor tower 4 section, including units 300 thru 305.
OK to cover the soffits in these units.

Tower 4 cooridor rough inspection for floors 4 and 5. Also several hard lid areas/rooms on the first and second floors - see plans for locations.
PASSED - OK to cover.

Rough-in of fitness room dry system, elevator loobies for elevator #1 (floors 2 thru 5), and 3rd floor pod soffits for Tower 3.
No discrpancies noted.

Rough-in inspection of Elevator lobiesy, all floors, tower 1.

Fire sprinkler rough inspection - Nate - Shilo FP 2nd floor corridors for towers 1 thru 3, and unit soffits sprinklers for all units in tower #3, floors 2 thru 5.
No discrepancies noted.

5th and 4th Floor corridors, tower 3 to fire doors OK to cover. Noticed one area in pod with missing hangar.

Fail. Missing hangers at numerous locations and a branch line not connected to the main. Will verify corrections at next inspection scheduled for 4/15/15.

Approved for rough cover within in rooms and corridors at 5th floor.

Inspection completed for connection of trash chute sprinkler heads at towers one and three- floor levels 5th, 3rd and podium.

Rough-in inspection completed for living units only at tower 2 podium level. Install incomplete at the common area room 241. Also okayed prior C/N items at the 3rd and 4th floors tower 2. Note: * Damaged main and branchlines due to overheating by proximity to temporary jobsite heating appliances on the 2nd thru 5th floor corridors tower one to be replaced as discussed.*

Completed rough-in inspection of the 3rd and 4th floors tower 2 living units with the exception of NE end and corner rooms not yet piped. DSW heads at some units not yet installed, need to provide coverage at the riser room chases per plan, noted missing coverage at bedroom in unit 322. Rough-in inspections to be done prior to ceiling insulation, discussed distances to be maintained from light fixtures, ceiling fans, and heat sources per NFPA guidelines.

Rough-in inspection completed at "tower one" 5th floor room units 530,531,532,533,535,536, and 537, and common corridor including the elevator lobby. Noted items include; overspaced and obstructed head at unit 531 bedroom, relocate one sprinkler too close to a wall in unit 530, furnace rooms to be provided with intermediate temp heads, verify coverage at the elevator hoistway.

Intended for an UG fire supply line hydrostatic test- Hydro passed.
