This submittal is for the portion of the Boise Heights project above the parking garage. This is a wood framed 4 story residential building. The system is designed per NFPA 13 using a wet pipe sprinkler system throughout. There is a semiautomatic wet class I standpipe with hose valve coverage on the roof and at the intermediate stair landings and in the garage at the floor level.

Trip test of dry pipe valve supplying sprinklers in the fitness area, including the are below the pool/spa. Also tested fire alarm interface including water flow, tampers, and low-air test - All tested OK. Following these tests, the system was put on a 2 hour hydrotest, which also passed.
NOTE: This completes the tests to all of the systems for the entire building. Final inspections are pending completion of Towers 3 and 4 areas.

Completion of the 24 hour air test of the the three dry pipe systems protecting the parking garage and fitness area. PASSED
Conducted a trip test of the two dry systems protecting the parking garage. The system to the north flowed at 90 seconds, while the system to the south flowed at 50 seconds.
Also hydrotested the wet system for the third floor and the wet system for the lobby area - 200 psi @ 2 hours - these both passed.
NOTE: Could not trip test the dry system for the fitness center as this area was not accessible.
