Fire alarm testing is completed for the building up to and including the 4th floor (5th floor is not completed yet). All fire sprinkler systems are in service and all fire alarm devices are also in service. I did find some units on the 4th floor that still had their protective cap on their room SDs, and these should be removed before releasing the unit to the resident. The FACP is fully monitored and is being put into service at the end of each day.

Testing of fire alarm system for the 5th floor (Tower 1) and the rooftop HVAC units for shutdown. Also confirmed test of fire sprinkler dry pipe systems with FACP. NOTE: Many of the descriptions and locations of the various devices will have to be updated to clarify the device locations and purpose/function. Will retest some of the devices alraedy tested to confirm proper addressing. NOTE: Tower 3 and Tower 4 areas - all floors not tested todate.

Partial fire alarm test for the entire apartment building, including all fire sprinkler interface devices, including waterflows, tampers, etc., and then all fire alarm devices, including SDs, FSDs, MPs, elevator recall functions (Elevator # 1 only). More testing is required to complete the process, mostly on the upper floors. NOTE: Fire alarm installation work is still on-going in Towers 3 & 4, while they are looking for partial TCO for Towers 1 and possible 2. Therfore, this is just a partial test of the system that is completed today.
