Final fire sprinkler inspection needs to be coordinated with the alarm vendor, this request will need to be rescheduled, procceeded to next inspection. Due to the second fail a reinspection fee has been added to the permit.

Exterior sidewall heads are to close to deck, minimum of 4 inches, not more than 6 inches from deck is the requirement for sidewalls per NFPA13.

Temporary heat was removed before temp heat was established. As discussed, if temp heat was removed and building reached below 40 degrees then a re-hydro will be required, re-hydor has been witnessed with no observed pressure loss at riser provided gauges.

Was informed that permenant heat was established to builindg, temporary heat is what is keeping the building at 40 degrees and above. Hydrostsic test is unofficial, no pressure loss observed. Periodic check ins will be done, if building is below 40 degrees then a re-hydro will be required.

Hydrostatic test is not accepted, no rough in inspection has been performed and plans onsite are not city approved drawings. Replace couplings with T's and plugs on dry heads, couplings are not acceptable as shown on manufactures specifications.
