Network interface between 8th street fire panel and Chase fire panel does not communicate on intial fire alarm, only time panels communicate on general fire is during a second fire alarm while 8th street fire panel is in alarm. Priority 2 alarm reports to chase panel but only have audio notification, no visual notification, troublshoot and repair to be code compliant.

Inspector for this project called in sick, contractor wanted 7am but did not corridinate with inspector. I tried to make phone contact with fire alarm tech but was only able to leave message at 7:39am. No inspection was performed.

Partial final fire alarm inspection complete, TCO authorized for 30 days contingent on noted items being repaired. Notification works in tenant space, fire panel has ground fault that is being resloved and the network interface between fire panels needs to be resloved.
