Note: reduced occupant load at the retail area using Table 1004.1.2 of the 2015 IBC. 2-15-2018 JG// Permit is to remodel an existing 12,765 sq. ft. space for retail use within an existing 83,904 sq. ft. building. Shell and core remodel done under BLD17-01449. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: break room millwork, (4) new dressing rooms of which one is an accessible dressing room for the disabled, removal select half wall at the receiving area and add door openings at the office leading to the mercantile space and opening at break room leading to the egress hallway and plumbing work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building AND to allow 3-hr fire barrier walls in lieu of fire walls.
