Project near completion. Main Street has been opened and loose sediment and construction material was cleaned. Multiple projects in the Grove area, surrounding storm drain inlets have filter bag protection.

DIs around site are installed with sediment filter bags. Those inspected on Main Street are in good condition.

Wind gusts are kicking up wind in Grove area and on Main Street. Most surface have been swept, did not see any stockpile issues.

Dirtiest area is on Capitol Blvd. Correction request to sweep gutter on Capitol and aprons and clean up concrete staging area.

Surrounding streets and sidewalks free of significant loose dirt and material from construction. Inlet filter bags installed. Doing better job sweeping up entrance area on Capitol. No new corrections.

Vertical and subsurface construction in progress. No sediment trackout from site, some sand collected in areas around perimeter need cleaning. MS4 inlets have sediment filter bags. RP Mike available for corrections when needed. Approved.

Street Sweeping still occuring due to excessive trackout. ESI's Mike Koci has Curtis Clean sweep, sweeping twice daily, and also have a employee on duty throughout the day hand sweeping and shoveling mud off the ROW

Onsite meeting with Boise ESC division and ESC representatives to discuss controlling trackout to Main Street.

The construction ramp out of the hole is too steep for placing rock and hole is still being excavated so it is not possible to have a rock entrance at this time.

Corrective actions:
1. Place matador (fiber) mats on top of two drop inlets on south side of Main Street in between Capital and 6th Street.
2. The entrance side of site is going to have pit run placed on it to prevent wheels from collecting mud upon entry.
3. 2 workers sweeping road in front of exit and knocking mud off tires.
4. Street sweeper to be onsite 2x daily during trackout events.

Street is currently in bad condition but ESI is in process of making corrections.

Trackout occuring onto Capital BLVD. Called Mike Koci and left VM describing the issues and an eta. for the installation of a construction entrance once they get to a grade where dump trucks won't get stuck. Have yet to hear back from him. Will check up on status tomorrow. Contractors have been sweeping up after each working day so far. No dewatering yet
