No repairs or corrections taken for runoff and erosion issue. Lots of sediment is around drain on Sand Dune and at Boise Hills.

Follow up:

- check for trash pick up around both homes
- additional sediment catchment/perimeter control to be added in front of existing wattle.

DI bag on uphill side of Sand Dune was changed out. Trash around back mostly picked up, some items remain. No trackout or discharges.

Correction needed:
- wattle/trench has faile and some sediment and sand has ran into downhill neighbors yard. Need to additional controls to slow and capture runoff between the two homes.

Correction request to Shane to fix and clean up this area. He stated that framers should be next week and will have excavator work on erosion issue. In meanwhile will take measures to prevent further sediment runoff to neighbor

Sediment behind wattles had been maintained prior to recent storm. No sediment runoff to neighbor observed.

Large gully between homes has increased in size. RP-GC is aware and will be repair once framers are done at site next week.

Correction requests:
- pick up all loose trash around both sites
- add additional wattle and/or sand retention area at bottom of gully.
- change out DI bag on upper side of Sand Dune.
