Trackout to Fort Street. Dump trucks hauling off dirt do have a tracking pad to cross over.
Observed water truck rinsing street without a sweeper, potential for turbid non-stormwater discharge. MS4 inlets have sediment filter bags installed.
Correction request:
- sweep apron, minimize rinsing to be acompanied by sweeping to prevent runoff.
Project manager Jan with Beniton notified of corrections. Stated stockpile hauloff will be completed tomorrow and sweeping and clean will increase instead of installing new rock entrance for this operation.
