Talked to new RP, Justin no longer with company. Sidewalk has been cleaned, stucco has been raked and removed. Old washout has been consolidated in pile. Driveway is scheduled to be poured and curb cut. All will be cleaned when they complete that work.

Concrete, paint, and stucco washed out in back corner of lot and also in front corner.
Second failure for same issues, sending written request to RP and will follow up 5-9. Will put inspection hold on parcel if site not cleaned.

Lots of rilling in front, wattle is overtopped and runoff is on sidewalk. Wattles need to be maintained and repaired and sidewalks swept. Painters on site, washing out onto ground. Stucco is on site and hasn't begun, mixer has no secondary containment.
