Pile of debris cleaned

All work and lan dscaping completed. Lot to north still has landscape waste, concrete chunks and washout, and a dumpster.

Landscaping completed, site looks stabalized.

Project nearly finished. Landscapers n site, nost of area planted. Parking lot in front has been torn up and crew working on sewer. No issues at site.

Pouring concrete in rear for what looks like dog runs or kennels. Washout on site and being used. Some activity on stockpile, no dust. Site is contained and no issues.

Some trackout from Tuffy. Talked to Jon the project manager and he will make sure it is cleaned.
Trackout further down Bird. Sounds like unmarked truck and trailer pulled into mud and took some gravel that was piled there and was previously used at apartments. Truck had nothing to do with partments or Humane Society.

Met with foreman on site. Will have crew do a trash walk and pick up bottles and other small trash. Will have tuffy on site to remove stockpiles, grade, and add topsoil soon as site is dry enough. Plans on having sweeper in parking lot, all workers parking on street.

Ground snow covered, no dirtwork activity. Workers parking on paved lot.

Some trackout and dirt in gutters coming from south entrance. All workers parking on road, trackout from equipment prepping lot for paving. Trench is being cut across Bird St.

Bird stree has dirt in gutters and needs to be swept. Site is being prepped for paving. No other ESC issues on site.

WIP on interior. Shell complete. No trackout or fugitive dust. Will need to improve construction entrance once dry season is over and chipseal on Bird is complete.

Construction entrance installed. No trackout to Bird. Storm drains have sediment protection. No loose trash or disharges observed. WIP on framing. No fugtive dust occuring at time of inspection.

WIP. Lots of dust on bird street along area where vehicles parked. Rock entrance on site, compacted round rock, no crushed.

Muddy, unmaintained construction entrance.

Corrrection request to have new entrance installed tomorrow. Specific requested for the angular 1.5-3" rock and geotextile lining underneath.

Corrections needed

- repost ESC permit sign and SWPPP info
- refresh and maintain south construction entrance to Bird
- have crew sweep and scoop dirt and gravel out of the east side of the gutter

Needs new construction entrances. Talked to John, the project manager, said they will construct new entrance and a gravel employee parking lot they will share with neighboring contractors. Will get sweeper scheduled to clean track out.

City of Boise ESC permit posted, construction entrance installed on Bird and to the north access to Hackamore. Currently installing underground utilities and hauling away grubbed topsoil. Topsoil stockpile and loading into trucks is main source of dust. Site does not have a designated water truck, but one that is moving between sites. No excessive dust at time of inspection, but did receive complaint this moring about fugitive dust and no water suppresion.

- no site preparation inspection requested, informed RP John of the policy/requireement

- have designated water truck for site
- sweep access to Hackamore

- need to update sign to have current CGP 2017 required signage.
