potential dewatering of turbid water reported.

No turbid water discharge occuring at time of inspection. Settling structure constrcuted but full of turbid water and is not discharging. Submersible portable pump is placed perforated pipe and is discharging clear water to bank side vegetation intermittingly.

Reviewed dewatering requirements with homowner/GC Rick and Premier Pools project manager Scott. Explained receiving water is Logger's Creek and returns to Boise River downstream. No visible plume in receiving water is allowed.

Will construct new settling trench and allow infiltration and settling with outfall to existing grass and vegetation.
