Current activity with risk is masonary. Mixer is in secondary containment, washout on site. Scaffolding is also fenced so minimal amounts of mud falling.
Will need to watch tracking from deliveries. At time of inspection there was an unattended hose turned on and running onto front street, water was starting to back up and will pick any pollutants in gutter.

Concrete delivery reversed drum on road. Concrete was dumped on 6th heading towards front.
ITD, ACHD, EPA, & Boise City ESC were all notified. Curtis clean sweep on site. Concrete contractor is responsible for getting roads cleaned completely. ESI will install inlet protection in areas to prevent dust and debris from getting into drains.
ACHD inspector determined cleanup was ok to get traffic moving but not an acceptable final cleanup.
