WIP. Silt fence perimerter control is working. No discharges or muddy trackout extending out of culdesac.
- Need to work on the frozen mud that is now thawing directly in front of site to get a cleaner surface.
Homeowner is GC, builder onsite Chet Clark said he would clean up. Will need to watch stockpile of backfill if there is any left over after.
Notified Chet of washout requirements.

Pre construciton review of ESC plan with RP-excavator Buzz and homeowner Fabian.
On downhill side of lot perimeter silt fence with J hook outlet will be install. WIll set back from street a bit to utilize the existing flat grassy area.
Review concrete washout containment options. Brooms for daily sweeping are on site. Homeowner has talked to neighbors. No sediment protection requested on downstream inlet due to disctance and large drainage area for system. Will keep dirt on site and monitor trackout.
Permit posted. Approved for construction.
