The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of
New fire sprinkler system in existing building (floors 1 thru 5). Modify existing basement fire sprinkler system. The majority of the basement is indicated as future tenant. In addition, the system is being renovated for standpipes and floor control valve. Since this is a change of use the basement fire protection system has to be brought up to current code.

• The underground piping and yard PIV is under permit FIR18-00132.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

Permit for core and shell upgrades and the addition of a 5,330 sq. ft. 5th story to the building with work to include, accessible restrooms, minor space reconfigurations and the installation of a new elevator. A separate permit will be required for the interior build out of the tenant spaces. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits will be required; as regulated by Boise Fire Department. CDM
