The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a single level memory care and assisted living center. There is above and below protection throughout. There is a combination of residential sprinklers and quick response type sprinklers. The systems is supplied by 8” underground piping to a 3” back flow preventer, 3” header and to two 3” wet systems. EQ Bracing is required and shown throughout. The system design is a combinations of grids and trees.

Building A
Permit for the construction of a 36,087 sq. ft. 45 room memory care center (foundation and site under BLD17-03587) with work to include the construction of a new wood framed building with all associated interior and exterior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and occupancy type. CDM

Building B
Permit for the construction of a 37,328 sq. ft. 39 unit assisted living center (foundation and site under BLD17-03587) with work to include the construction of a new wood framed building with all associated interior ans exterior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and occupancy type. CDM

Alternative Materials and Methods:
This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.

• There is an AMM but it does not pertain to the fire sprinkler protection.
