There is significant trackout, due to the wet soil from watering for dust control, but it was already actively being swept up during the time of the inspection. Talked with GC on site and suggested adding angular rocks to the exit rather than round river rocks to help reduce trackout due to watering for dust. No dust observed onsite. Trash is contained. Wattles and DI are in good condition.

Inspection conducted from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. When I arrived there was not water truck on site, but the road was still wet from water truck spraying recently (around 9:00 AM).

The RP for the project, Bob, was in the office in Eagle, but he called his onsite foreman who met with me onsite. The foreman said the water truck would be back shortly and generally runs every hour. I suggested when it gets hotter in the afternoon to increase the frequency of watering.

Some sediment is collecting in the gutter from watering the road. Small amount of gravel on the sidewalk. Issued corrections to the foreman onsite.

Corrections requested: 1) Clean up curb line. 2) Sweep up sidewalk.

During the hour of observation there were a 2 dust plumes but the dust did not blow off site to become fugitive dust. The water truck arrived at 10:00AM which is consistent with the every hour of watering schedule. The water on the road from the last pass by the water truck had just finished drying when the water truck returned indicating a good frequency of watering for the site.

Follow up for compliance of corrections requested scheduled for later this week.
