Completed all permits as one large site inspection. Controlled entrance and exit, no trackout onto roads. Site is free from fugitive dust, all trash contained. Materials on site are neatly stored. Landscaping along front of hotel not yet completed. Panera Bread has no stucco washout, is being dumped on ground.

Met with Tom from Alta, did site walkthrough. He will talk to Syman to get a SWPPP & board on site, I left him some green permit signs. DIs are all protected, site will eventually be below sidewalk grade. Water wagon is on site, roads will need to be monitored for trackout, site has controlled access.
