Corrections discussed:
- replace existing fiber mat sediment protection on storm drains in subdivision and on Forsythia
- install lined concrete washout pit off Lassen with stabilized access, sign,
- Hammett Homes is doing all homes (approx. 3 acres) so will need to file for LEW or CGP 2017 coverage.
- clean up dumped concrete washout.
- post subdivsion sign with information for subcontractors and public. Can post ESC permit signs here.
Reviewed employee parking, material unloading area, preserving vegetation on the lots, and keeping people off lots unless access is necessary. Requested that trash be contained
Dirt stockpiles to be regraded as part of the common area/park.

Verbal warning to RP/GC. Hammett Homes will be doing all homes in subdivsion. Onsite conference scheduled.
Hammett Homes has been warned that nay futher uncontained washout at this site will result in parcel holds and re-inspection fee.

They are dewatering into a bag within the canal.
Turbidity of upstream water is 29.9 NTU, discharge point is 244 NTU.

Dust complaint received.
No water truck on site at time of inspection. Only two machines working at time of inspection, dust levels were not bad. Talked to operator who stated they had moved a stockpile which created too much dust.
Verbal correction request to RP Eric:
- install wattle to protect can at Stop sign at 33rd & Forsythia
- have water truck onsite for rest of road and grading work

Construction entrance on Forsythia needs to be repaired.
Site is free from dust during gusty winds. Hauling away fill material, some dust while dumping bucket into trucks.
Road is torn up from sewer, hasn't been patched, some dust while trucks drive away down Forsythia, lots of dirt on road.
Looks like trucks are pulling in and turning around on lot just before 34th, no rocks or other stabalization in area, rock pad should be constructed if area going to continue to be used as a turn around.
Large stockpile on site has been sprayed with tackifier.
Inlets on Lassen have been protected, very small construction exit built.
Winds at time of inspection were blowing towards Hill & N 33rd.
