Clinic is about completed, landscapers finishing up.
Met with foreman while on site and they will be doing the next projects. Owners undecided if they will pave remaining lots or wait until next year. Lots of empty lots, rain left a nice crust should be ok if not driven on. Will allow weeds to grow on empty lots.

Trackout visibile on Cole Road. Wrong type of rock was used at first and employees parking in muddy areas. Angular rock has now been spread over old rock..

Notified RP that if trackout is a repeated problem we will assess fines and parcel hold as needed.
Requested that they designate a stabilized parking area.

Site work has begun for othe section of parcel. Application only listed 1 acre of disturbance, it looks to be more that that - investigation pending.
