The inspection today was just for the third floor. Need horn added in the southwest corner. Need strobe in the Executive Break Room. Need all tampers and flow switches tested that effect the third floor and exit pass. Need elevators tested. Need plan mods showing address changes and different NAC panels being used.

Correct overspacing issues throughout level 3. Verify correct candela settings with city approved drawings. Numerous devices have the candele setting incorrect, candela settings need to match city approved drawings. A re-submittal will be required if devices are added to the fire alarm system that is not on the city approved drawings, to include candela adjustment outside of what is shown on city approved drawings. Correct shadowing issues that are throughout level 3. Correct overspacing issues with level 1 lobby A/V devices.
