The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a 9912 ft² three level building, Occupancy Class R-2, S-2 Construction Type V-B to be fully sprinklered per NFPA 13, 2016, Fire protection contractor point of connection to be at property line, Hot Tap, Gate Valve and 50" of 4" C900 from existing water main to property line by others. There is wet system with floor control valves and a dry system for the garage. All piping in living areas are CPVC the garage to have steel piping.

• The underground piping is under permit FIR18-00692.

Permit for the construction of a 6-unit, 3 story wood framed apartment building with work to include general site work and construction of the new building per the approved plans. This building fire sprinklered with a full NFPA-13 system. **JAR**

This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
