Certificate of completion to be issued upon completion. Permit to remodel the interior of an existing 73,639 square foot building for the current tenant. Work is to include replace exterior door with storefront glazing, one new exterior door, replace exterior door with new window, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, new fixtures / accessories and finishes in existing bathrooms, new millwork, select new finishes, mechanical work, electrical work, and plumbing work. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
