Elevator pit has fire sprinkler installed, provide smoke and heat detection in for shunt and recall as discussed. Notated city approved drawings where audio visual notification was overspaced. Verified monitoring, tested basement initiating devices, tested fire sprinkler tampers and flow switch, items tested all worked as required.

Corridor spacing for smoke detection as well as audio visual notification for this project does not apply to most areas, numerous office walls shown on city approved drawings are half walls, smoke detection and audio visual notification will need to corrected, a plan mod will be required beofre next inspection. Notated city approved drawings with red ink areas where smoke detection is overspaced, a smoke detector is not installed that is city approved drawings as well as A/V notification that is overspaced, all areas of building fire alarm system were inspected. Inspection was stopped due to deficiencies noted. No initiating devices or A/V devices were tested.
