Homeowner/GC is checking lot during rain events. Tarp installed temporarily to protect bare ground from gutter downspout. Perimter wattle is still installed.

Stated that yard will need to start being landscaped within two weeks or additional erosion controls will need to be installed. Issue is apparently getting the retaining wall around the home installed prior to landscaping. Will continue to monitor.

- complete job of sweeping loose dirt on sidewalk and gutter adjacent to parcel
- install perimeter wattle along the corner section of lot at Hill Road & Collister.
- install energy dissipation or water containment on gutter down spouts to prevent erosion. Find temporary solution until rain harvesting barrels have arrived for installation.
- clean up dirt accumulated behind gator guard wattle

Note:
- ACHD ped ramp contractor dumped washout on adacent lot.
- lot is source of muddy runoff as well, need to request site improvements to prevent further erosion in this area.

No perimeter controls on Hill or Collister, dirt sluffing onto sidewalk and onto curb and street. Signs that sidewalk is cleaned off/broomed. No inlet protection on DI on Collister. Washout is not dug out, water can run off. Paint was dumped onto ground, no cleaning area. Very dusty, was windy and dust storm would occur with every gust.

Sediment control wattle installed in area of runoff on southeast corner of lot. Work to begin on retaining wall this week, afterwards another wattle or stabilization will be implemented. Approved.

Onsite meeting with RP-GC. Discussed locations to install perimeter sediment controls. Two new retaining walls are to be installed along Collister sidewalk this week and next. Sidewalk has been swept. Will hold off on wattles in this area until after walls.

RP will install sediment control wattles along the SE corner or project area to capture runoff from this area. Will check next Tuesday for installation.
