Apartments are complete, common areas landscaped, and many are occupied.

Permit is open for removal of temporary BMPs on west side of Bird Street and project construction signage. DI bags can stay until Humane Society project is active.

Landscape crews finishing up placing rock and planting. Some units are already occupied. Many are having appliances delivered.

Storm drain sediment protection is installed on Bird and within site. No trackout, loose trash issues, or other violations observed. Notified RP-GC Dave to schedule site final once all is complete and storm drain sediment bags removed and Bird Street and interior are swept clean.

WIP on landscaping and finish work of interiors. First half will have move ins beginning 5-11.
Talked to RP on site, only ESC issues is to have landscapers clean sidewalk when work in area completed and clean debris from top and around inlets on north end of Bird St.

Site condiitions have not gotten worse.

WIP on pouring sidewalks. Still significant amout of loose dirt and dirt piles on perimeter of Bird STreet. All DIs have sediment bags installed.

Correction request:
- pick up trash next to ESC permit sign board
- sweep north end of Bird STreet and push dirt back towards site. Clean around sediment bags in storm drain.

WIP on corrections. RP/GC to pay re-inspection fee and schedule compliance inspection Monday AM.

Needs to sweep all silts from hard surfaces. Appeares no maintenace has been taken place. Noted excessive trackout. All Either no BMP's in place, or the ones in place are in non functioning state.

Lots of dirt and trackout onto Bird street, also talked to Petra across street about it. Dumpsters on site but lots of trash laying on site, saw one worker throw away garbage. Bird street needs to be cleaned, lots of dust being kicked up as vehicles drive through. Curbing is being installed on site.

Some corrections completed:

- DI bags that were full on Bird were maintained and reinstalled.
- Dirt and gravel was cleaned out of gutters on south section of Bird along the project. Will work on north section next week.
- Perimeter trash picked up, piles outside units mostly picked up. Still alot of trash to gathered, but condition is much improved, especially along perimeter.

Site still on warning to conduct daily housekeeping.

Multiple violations at site:

- 1-3 inches of loose dirt in the gutter has not been swept
- several DI bags over 75% full need to be changed.
- loose trash, smash wall board, washouts all around site

Immediate correctcions needed:
- scoop and sweep dirt out of gutter on entire site
- relocate sweeper machine to site
- have crews pick up trash around work areas
- Summit needs to dedicate man hours every week to trash pick up around the perimter.

Verbal correction issued to Rhett with Granite (permit holder) and VM left with owner Dave with Summit.

Interior site is still muddy. Wet conditions prohibiting full removal. Backfill stockpiles being temporarily stored on project next door. Will continue to monitor progress and regular sweeping of Bird Street.

WIP on framing apartment 4-plexes. Bird Street is now paved between Hackamore and Overland, some sections of sidewalk along east side of street are in progress. No trackout or discharges to Bird. Will follow up next week during above freezing temperature.

Large site with other big projects adjacent. Entire area is being prepped for curb and gutter, roads also look ready to be laid out. Entire area has been watered and free from fugitive dust. Dirt is not on neighboring properties. Free of trash and trackout.

No activitiy at site. RP on permit is no longer onsite per Granite Excavation.

Notified developer that site appears to not have a CGP 2017 NOI in "active" status.
