Sites are clean and free from trash. No fugitive dust.

Two adjacent sites by same contractor. Permit sign posted, lined concrete washout and construction entrance installed. Subdivsion stormdrains have sediment bags.

No trackout, discharge, or fugitive dust at sites.
After backfill is conducted, will need to re-install perimter controls on the west lot. Follow up inspeciton scheduled.

Will remind GC and excavator of site preparation requirement.
