Spoke with Bill Buch, project supervisor, and Pat.. Concern is no construction entrance, road is prepped with roadmix for the base. No way to get mud off tires, workers are parking on site in mud. Verbal warning issued to keep road clean and install rumble bars or other tire cleaning system.
Road is currently clean, says he sweeps at end of day, front entrance is closed and no one is supposed to use it. Major concern is if trackout starts to reach Fairview.

WIP on rough grading and cutting roads within site. Work commenced after a pre-construction conference but without an Issued permit. Permit was picked up and paid for upon request.

Corrections:

- post green ESC permit sign on SWPPP board
- have earth work subcontractor add a crew member to drive the water truck. Water truck was just parked and not in use at time of inspection.
- no major plumes leaving site, but lots of dust being kicked up in the air as they scrape the roads and parking areas.

Verbal correction to Andy with Biltmore
