Talked to foreman on site. Will get crew to pull DI bags on fed way, remove silt fence, and do trash walk.
Still steel building to be erected, no more dirt or concrete work.
Rescheduled final for next week.

Building up and acting as perimeter. No issues.

Work has begun on new shell. Entrance of Fed way onto paved lot then rock, no trackout. All materials stored within site. Trash is being cleaned when it blows away.

Around site is now paved, no one should need to drive in dirt.
Material for next phase of buildings delivered, pads have been poured.
May start pads for next phase depending on weather.
Trash has been cleaned from neighboring lot.

Construction entrance not maintained, trackount on Summersweet leading Federal Way. Concrete cutting slurry not properly contained within work area. High pH water flowing toward storm drain.

Lot of windblown trash east of site.

Corrections required:
- maintain/re-install construction entrance
- install sandbag/gutter barriers to contain and suck up concrete cutting slurry.
- pick up windblown trash east of site

Steel frame construction has begun. No blowing dust or other ESC issues.

Met with foreman on site. Exit needs new rocks and to be cleaned up. Not much work with weather, some concrete poured. Ecopan on site, perimeter BMPs ok. No major ESC issues.

WIP. No trackout from either entrance. No corrections at this time.

Not much activity, were changes in building plans and are still in review. Probably two weeks before Dasco starts disturbances for utilitie work. Shotcrete wall is being installed, two eco pans on site.
Sweepers are being used as needed.

Grading in progress. All BMPs have been installed. Entrance on Federal Wat, exit onto still water, no trackout. Some large stockpiles on site.

WBTBC working without with issued GRD and ESC permits. No site preparation inspection conducted. Double fee on ESC permit. Stop Work Order includes re-inspection fee and walk through inspection before proceeding.
