- install j-hooks or checks to prevent water from channelling behind the perimeter sediment control gatorguard installed along the culdesac sidewalk.
- relocate upper silt fence that is supposted to retain and trap rooftop runoff water.

Onsite meeting conducted 3/13 @ 3 PM to review correction requests at site.

Corrections:

- RP/GC to install new wattle row between the house and the existing wattles on the front bank.

- GC has attend RP recertification class 3/13

- Amend ESC site plan to show water bars and check dams installed on and next to the driveway

- create bermed area with multiple velocity checks (wattles, mixed rock dams) to treat water coming off roof top on the NW side of the home.

- request to rake out, compact, and track rills on slope. Check at top of slope to spread water rather than concentrate it in rills/channels.

Corrections to be competed between now 3/22.

- a sediment control and water diversion is need to treat runoff from driveway and prevent water from channelling next to sidewalk and eroding away more dirt on lots downhill.

- An NOI for the EPA CGP 2017 shall be filed and the subdivision SWPPP should be reviewed.

- Attend subdivision meeting to be set up by developer and subdivision ESC Responsible Person John.
