Asphalt driveway to be installed this week

Rock work and trees planted in front. Landscape crew now in rear. Gator guard has been reinstalled, no seed or tackifier.
Top of driveway is dusty.

Site still needs final landscaping and driveway.

Perimeter BMPs installed properly and have been maintained. Slope between home and culdesac has started to vegetated. Trash has been picked up. No corrections requested.

Corrections have greatly reduced turbid runoff from site. Two new correction requests issued to RP-GC John and gatorguard wattle installers.

- install j-hooks or checks to prevent water from channelling behind the perimeter sediment control gatorguard installed along the culdesac sidewalk.
- relocate upper silt fence that is supposted to retain and trap rooftop runoff water.

RP agreed to make corrections. Follow up next week.

Onsite meeting conducted 3/13 @ 3 PM to review correction requests at site.

Corrections:

- RP/GC to install new wattle row between the house and the existing wattles on the front bank.

- GC has attend RP recertification class 3/13

- Amend ESC site plan to show water bars and check dams installed on and next to the driveway

- create bermed area with multiple velocity checks (wattles, mixed rock dams) to treat water coming off roof top on the NW side of the home.

- request to rake out, compact, and track rills on slope. Check at top of slope to spread water rather than concentrate it in rills/channels.

Corrections to be competed between now 3/22.

Corrections needed at site:

- install wattles on front slope per the approved ESC site plan. Wattles are currently dislocated and not fully installed.

- maintain all check dams along driveway. Remove accumulated sediment

- provide updated site map showing water bars installed on common driveway.

- a sediment control and water diversion is need to treat runoff from driveway and prevent water from channelling next to sidewalk and eroding away more dirt on lots downhill.

- An NOI for the EPA CGP 2017 shall be filed and the subdivision SWPPP should be reviewed.

- Attend subdivision meeting to be set up by developer and subdivision ESC Responsible Person John.

All corrections are due Friday 3/22.

Inspection conducted 10:30 2/14

Muddy runoff coming down large rill parallel to the construction entrance and overtopping and under cutting gatorguard check dams.

Verbal correction request to install check dams to slow water velocity and trap sediment, install silt fence to contain the upper area.

Corrections were started while on site. Follow up inspection scheduled.

Site clean, foundation poured. No ESC issues.

Natural buffer has been left in place. Gator guard installed on exposed area along common driveway. Rock entrance installed. Permit sign in place. OK to proceed.
