Talked to Jim Williams about contanimated areas. Area along Park Center came back positive for hydrocarbons, waiting on formal report and directions to proceed. Area is fenced of and contanimated soil is on reinforced poly.
Rear void came back clean for water, waiting for final soil results to excavated for foundation. G&S on site waiting for ok to go.
2 washouts on site, pouring footings in middle of area where everything is ok.
No additional ESC issues.

Okland stating that MTI has sampled the material in coordination with Master Environmental and is awaiting results to determine proper remediation and reporting.
BLD inspector inspected site and has requested documentation.

No current dewatering. Crews digging swales deeper, engineers were not happy with drainage of material. Looking for approvals to change sewer routing and be able to bore instead of trenching through street. Water truck will be back to site Monday, no dust issues.
Diesel tank on site, is double walled, will get spec sheet on site.
