The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of connecting to previously installed 6" underground stub in and extend a wet class I manual standpipe for the three required stairs per NFPA 14 and FM global. In addition, Level 3 shall be fully sprinklered per NFPA13 and FM global with a wet system extended from the floor control assembly from the combination standpipe in stair 1, utilizing 8.0k ssu's and ssp's fed by 4" mains, 1½" branch lines with 1" arm-overs, drops and sprigs. The system has been designed based on OH1, 120 ft² maximum spacing per the owner’s request. Levels 1 and 2 shall be fully sprinklers under future permits.

• The underground piping is under permit FIR18-00308.
• There are three standpipes.
• As per the assistant fire marshal a manual standpipe is adequate

Permit for the build out of a new three story office building to include exterior wall infill and finishes, general site work and the completion of the interior of the building. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The structural frame and foundation were permitted under BLD18-00157.
