The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a three level apartment building. The bottom level is a side feed design; the middle and top level are gridded. The project utilizes residential sprinklers and CPVC piping. There are floor control valves for each level.

There are three building permits under this Eplan (BLD17-04464, BLD17-04465 and BLD18-00248). Permit to build the West Building, a 19,230 sq ft multi-family R2 apartment building. This project consists of two 3-story, multi-family residential buildings and one single-story detached carport, and related site work. The two multi-family buildings are of Type VB construction and fully sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system for building area increase. Separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits are required as regulated by Boise Fire Department. **JAR**

Correct overspaced attic heads as discussed. Insulation needs to be pulled tight and not hanging below deflectors is attic spaces. Make corrections to heads that are to close to deck, heads need to be 1 inch to 3 inches below the top cord per manufacture specs. Combustible concealed space under stairs that do not have insulation will need to have fire sprinkler protection added or cobustible material is covered with sheetrock or fill the space with non-combustible insulation.
