(ANDRADE'S RESTAURANT) **PLAN MODIFICATION 5/21/20 TO MODIFY DOOR 101F AND REMOVE OPERABLE HARDWARE FROM DOOR. THIS DOOR SHALL NOT BE USED AS AN EXIT. NO EXIT SIGN PERMITTED ABOVE THIS DOOR.** Permit for the construction of a new 6,030 sq. ft. restaurant with work to include a concrete foundation, slab on grade floor, and wood framed type VA structure above along with related site improvements, per the approved plans. Work to include new electrical, new plumbing and new mechanical systems per the approved plans. Special inspections required per attached Form 310 for concrete placement. This building is fully fire sprinklered for A2 occupancy over 100. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits, and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **JHB**
