Discussed equipment grounding requirements on load side of transformer to 120/208 sub panel boards. As per 250.30(A)(1 thru 8) no connection is allowed to the grounded conductor and non-current carrying metal parts on load side of transformer in this case a system bonding jumper shall be installed at transformer. Equipment grounds shall be added to sub-feeds for panel boards due to non-metallic raceways present underground.
Also discussed 210.8(B) GFCI requirements for other than dwelling kitchens. If a receptacles are installed for equipment in kitchen area they shall have GFCI protection, if chenged to hard wired appliances additional disconnecting means is required as per 422.31(A) and (B).
