Columbia Village subdivision has hired Aloha Landscaping to dig up and re-install their 4" irrigation line that was initial placed in the wrong location and on private property (Havenwood)

Notified RP that Aloha would need to re-install and replace broken silt fence. Sweep up in swale. Will follow up with Aloha Landscaping as well.

Correction to Havenwood RP:
- Install correct rock construction entrance per construction details on SWPPP plan

Permit sign posted. Dust suppression water being used during active grading. No plumes visible. Construction entrance rock is onsite for installation. No trackout. Silt fence perimeter and chain link fence are in excellent condition.

Site walk through performed with RP and site supervisor for initial excavation and utility work. Reviewed SWPPP map and installation of perimeter sediment control silt fence. Site will have two rock construction entrances that are not yet installed. Reviewed rules regarding trackout and cement washout containment.

Water truck is already onsite for dust control. Chainlink fencing will enclose the site.

Approved for construciton. Will follow up next week to check on initial work and BMP conditions.
