Trash picked up and new container provided at both Wood River sites. RP Bobby onsite and stated next week the adjacent lot will have perimeter wattles installed and will clean up sidewalk.

Need to service DI bags, confirmed that developer has not agreed to maintain these and that they are the home builders responsibility.

- provide trash pick up and containment on the site 1702 Mockbee
- RP agreed that they will stabilize adajacent lot and install down slope sediment controls from area that was disturbed and has backfill placed on it.

Talked with Robert Silva (RP) plans to use subdivision BMPs that are already in place for the SFH. Permit sign is visible. They plan to start work on Thursday 2/9/17.
Next inspection ensure concrete washout and staging area are being used. Check to ensure no trackout is occurring.
