Rusty ###-#### 2 PM

Site walkthrough with RP-GC Rusty.

Site is located up a paved shared driveway off Pierce Park Lane. This is the stabilized entrance.

Perimeter sediment control will be to preserve the existing sagebrush and grass downhill from site. Over 50 meter buffer to street where storm drains are located. Notified RP we may require addition perimeter controls once the construction area has been graded.

Reviewed fugitive dust requirements, site has water available and Rusty stated they will have it ready to spray down dirt.

Will check back in approximately 2 weeks to check on progress and conditions.
