Crews replacing sidewalks near ped ramps in phase 1. Few lots need landscaping in phase 2, rest of work completed.
All foundations completed in phase 3. Most homes complete. Some dirt tracked into cul-de-sac, has been swept up.

Mud on sidewalks and street from landscaping and work on one foundation. Dirty water running into neighborhood storm system.

Some landscape materials have ended up on road. Homes in multiple stages of completion. No major ESC issues at site.

Concrete washout dumped on lot on Portsmouth has been cleaned. No new dumped washout observed. Many projects in framing phase and landscaping. No discharges or trackout out of sub observed.

Illegal washout at end of Portsmouth.

No overflowing trash bins or sites with no trash bin found in subdivsion. Warning email was sent on Friday 3/23.

Lots of loose dirt on sidewalks and streets due to mulitple sites landscaping at once. Will check for clean up at end of week.

Road and sidewalk complete. No homes have begun in phase.

No workers onsite today. Entire Millwell subdivision is covered in trackout. Some from Wood Bros site and all the homesites being worked on as well.

No activity at site. No dewatering. Grassy infiltration pond used for dewatering on Wednesday is dry with some silt/mud visible on the grass.

Still turbid section of water at the discharge point. Fines have been issued, must be paid within 1 week. Need to get plan for clean up of the silted irrigation pipes.

No construction entrance installed.

Dewatering stopped. Measured at 8.6 at previous location

Dewatering follow up inspection. In the morning 10/31 construction activity was halted as crews worked to plug irrigation piping to halt turbid water from discharging into Spoil Banks Canal.

Discharge has now stopped and water has not yet backed up in manholes to overflow to barrow ditch. Once entering the ditch there is approximately 100 M of vegetated channel. Water should infiltrate before reaching the creek.

Flow to continue through tomorrow. Will need follow up inspection tomorrow.

Turbidity sample at discharge point to canal was 166 NTU. Upstream, the canal at Pierce Park is 10 NTU. Downstream , approximately half mile from site at Gillis Street bridge was between 10 -11 NTU. A debris dam just below the discharge point in the creek has created a deeper pool where turbid water is trapped and is settling out.

Dewatering project with turbid discharge into Spoil Banks Canal. Corrective actions in place since 10/27 not settling or removing sediment and turbidity plume.

Issued verbal SWO to Wood Bros. RP to get new dewatering plan and setup and have inspected with proof of treated discharge. Working to re-direct water to Millwell Pond for infiltration.

Dewatering water still turbid at discharge point into Spoil Banks Canal at time of inspection. Was reportedly clear this morning but is picking up sediment within ditch and settling area, potentially due to unwashed gravel check dams.

Additional filter material placed in irrigation box.

Grassy pond at Millwell phase II has not been approved by ACHD as an alternative discharge point.

SWPPP covers job, phase 3 is included. Went over dewatering, have approval from irrigation company to use ditch, they are under contract to repipe and will clean any silt that settles.

WIP on road grading and subdivision infrastructure. Minimal heavy equipment in operation at time of inspection. NO trackout, permit sign posted. No fugtive dust observed at time of inspection, no complaints received
