Micron SWPPP inspection of all construction projects with earth disturbance and use of staging and laydown areas. The CUP, Nitrogen plant, and B37 are under construction. B37 parking lots should be paved before end of month. Interior work is still occuring on Fab 51. Pathway is in progress around perimeter of site. Parking lot expansion at the MASK building on Columbia.

SWPPP inspections are conducted weekly by Micron stormwater team as well as contractors (Air Products, ESI, Stock, Warner) . SWPPP binders, site maps, and inspection reports were available for review and are well organized and complete.

Light rain and wind at time of inspection.

BMPs installed:
- construction trackout control with rock and rumble bars for both access points (B37 and laydown/employee parking)
- parking and laydown area access route has certain areas with rock and geotextile berms to prevent runoff from leaving the construction area into Micron employee parking.
- storm drain inlet protection on all receiving inlets. Stormwater is retained onsite at Micron.
- lined concrete washouts
- large covered dumpsters
- containers for material and equipment storage prevent exposure to rain
- spill kits located in various locations around site.

11 AM Micron inspection for B37

Site walk through and SWPPP review conducted with Brian and Kelly, members of Micron's environmental compliance team.

The B37 commercial building project is managed by ESI, with two certified RPs on the project (Dave Perkins and Kevin Honeycutt) who work with the Micron team.

Site has designated entrance and exit to control trackout. The surface of the former parking lot where building will be has been preserved around the exterior for stabilized access. Trucks leaving site pass over a raised rumble bar track to knock of any mud. There was no trackout leaving the work area. Existing storm drains around the area have been fitted with sediment filter bags. Worker parking has been designated in an existing paved parking area. Perimter controls are a chainlink fence to control access that also has wind and privacy screen. The curbing and landscaping around the building area (former parking lot) has been preserved.

The site is inspected once weekly, with inspection checklists signed and reviewed by both Micron and ESI to ensure that corrections identified are taken care of in a timely manner. Warner Construction ,who is doing earthwork for both B51/CUP project and this project is in charges of sweeping and scraping loose mud on impervious surfaces at least once per week or more as needed.

No violations observed at site, trash and materials are stored in designated areas with housekeeping/P2 controls. Any hazardous materials are kept within a locked Conex box to prevent exposure to stormwater or accidental spills.

Site map and SWPPP documents are well kept and availalbe for review at site.

Approved, no corrections requested at this time.
