Southern section of lot is paved, crews working on sidewalk. Rumble strips are full of dirt, no longer forcing drivers over them. Site is still bare, has potential for dust or mud.

Raining during inspection, site turning into mud hole. Lots of vehicles parked on site. Trackpad in place, vehicles not forced to drive over them. Between track pad and exit starting to get muddy. Concern site will have issue with tracking later in day.

Minor trackout to Cloverdale, receiving storm drain has sediment bag installed. Regular sweeper scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday.

Requested that some muddy holes/spots in the parking area have pit run placed on top, which was completed during inspection.

Concrete washout pans onsite, trash contained. Site interior is extremely muddy, but the trackout offsite has been managed. Site has restrictions on access to muddy area and has desigated vehicles that do not exit the muddy areas.

No trackout at time of inspection. Track pad width has been halved and legth doubled, now single lane with traffic forced through.
Site is very wet, so much water on site that it is acting as whhelk wash on pit run road. Will need to watch as it starts to dry and mud becomes sticky.

pARKING AREA IS PIT RUNNED AND CLEANER THAN IT WAS.
Fork lifts are tracking lots of dirt past rumble strips onto parking lot. Sweeper was called to site yesterday and did poor job. Trackout onto cloverdale, dirt in gutters goes down the block.
Entrance needs to be improved, ESI does not have any more rumble strips. Site will still need underground power ran and will continue to be a mess.

Met with Travis from ESI.
Currently parking area is all mud. They are hauling out fill left from trenching and bringing in new rock. ETA is next week for trtenching to be finished and to get site stabalized. Currently no trackout onto Cloverdale. They are scraping lot and grates on exit.

No corrections made as requested. No additional track out controls installed (stabilized employee parking, interior track pad from site to existing parking lot)

Leaking equipment is still onsite with no spill pan or clean up.

Scheduled utility work was postponed which is why parking lot was not stabilized with gravel/road mix base per RP.

This site is on trackout warning, given the advance warnings and requests, any trackout to Cloverdale will be automatic fine(s)
