Permit posted, RP and developer on site. Much of the existing vegetation is supposed to remain, with only .6 acres of disturbed area. Perimeter wattles have been installed along Highland View. Construction entrance rock installed for truck loads. Exisitng asphalt driveway is to remain for this first phase, request that some gutter check bags be installed to treat driveway runoff.

Approved for construction.
