The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a medical office building with three levels of parking underground and five levels above ground. There is also a roof plaza and a sky bridge to the existing hospital. The three levels of parking are dry pipe systems and the five levels above ground are wet systems. The water supply is from a 6" city connections and a fire pump rated at 500 gpm @ 70 psi. There is a manual wet standpipe system consisting of two standpipes supplied from the FDC. The three dry systems utilize a nitrogen generator. Each floor has a loop design.

• The TI portion is under permit BLD17-02757.
• The underground is under permit FIR18-00117.
• The project is under two different parcels.

This permit if for the construction of the Sky Bridge and tenant building out for the 3 story below grade parking garage and 4 story medical office with an occupied roof. Scope of work includes tenant improvement build out, envelope, sky bridge, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems. This project consists of multiple permits including BLD17-00090 Structural Steel and Concrete, GRD16-00070 Shoring, Grading, Drainage and Site Utilities.

• There are no AMM at this time. However, the building review is not finished.
