Fire sprinkler upright in mech room is 8 foot off of the wall, correct overspace issue. Install correct type hanger where grid wire is holding up the pipe. Correct areas where sammy type hangers are not installed correctly, refer to manufactures documents for listed install for sammy type hanger attatchment. Relocate sidewall head that is blocked when door is open.

See the city approved plans for rooms marked "ok" where piping can be covered. Not all areas were available for inspection due to flooring installation. Also some rooms did not have the wips installed and have been circled with a question mark. I also noted two heads too close to one another and two heads 16' apart. They have been marked on the plans.
