(HEATHERWOOD SENIOR LIVING) **PLAN MODIFICATION 12/17/19 To remove the fire rating from non-structural elements at exterior walls.** Permit is to remove and replace existing exterior siding, provide accent pop-out framing and new parapet wall over single story roof. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or additions to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. A letter of compliance is to be issued upon approval and completion of this project. An early start permit was issued for the exterior windows and exterior siding under BLD19-02200.
